I have a Samsung 850 Evo (250gb) that is running my OS. When I put the m.2 drive in it was recognized in bios for a bit while the 850ssd was unplugged but now I cant seem to figure out why I can't access the m.2. I wanted to move my OS to the m.2 and use the 850 as just a storage drive.
Specs -

Often, NVME and M.2 SATA drives will not show up in the bios but are readily available for installing Windows on if you go through the installation process. Also, they will usually show up in cloning software as well, regardless that they do not show up in the bios.

Make sure you have the latest motherboard bios version installed, first.

I recommend using the Samsung data migration tool.
