Question my nvme overheating and blue screen

I have alienware 17 r5 with sk hynix p104 and it reaches 75 c and crash the whole system when i in idle mode its just prefect nvme when i start performance mode or doing tasks it just gos to 80c any solution please

You might want to see what the disk usage on your SSD is when at idle in your OS GUI. If it's at 100%, you might be undergoing memoryleak. Might want to see if disabling items in your startup helps alleviate the stress on your SSD. Check and see if you've got any BIOS updates pending on your laptop. One more thing, I'm assuming you're on Windows OS environment, if so, please state which Windows you're working with.
