Question My NVR shows online in mobile App but cant view the camera's

I have a dahua NVR, locally works fine but when I try using the mobile app to access it remotely the cameras doesnt show even though the NVR status remotely is online and active. It works perfectly when you are hooked up on the same network. Please help.

Which protocol are you using?
P2P or IP address? If you using IP you need to use global IP with default 3777 port forwarding for connect remotely, if you using P2P check the software Dahua now using Gdmmss and imou for android, Idmss for IOS.
