My nzxt didnt come with a usb connector is that normal?

my case is nzxt s340 but it doesnt come with the usb connector shown in the video at 3:45. is that normal? or manufacture mistake?

If the case has ports, it has connectors.

Make sure they're not shoved away in a drive bay or something... They could also be somewhere behind the motherboard tray. If they're truly not there, contact the seller.

Should be connected to front panel and left there hanging for you to connect to header on mainboard.

its not connected in anywhere. i tried look for it but still cant find it so i think it might a mistake from the factory

Yeah it's missing. If you don't have the USB cable to run to the motherboard, your front panel ports will do nothing.

That case has 2 USB 3.0 case front ports , so you won't find a 2.0 cable , you don't need it.

this is the respond that i want to see. thank you very much and i am looking for the case fan cables too because i cant find them to connect to the motherboard
