Solution
Ok you don't have to worry about cooler height like myself.

So here is some info to help get you started.
https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-cpu-coolers,4181.html

Newegg search of the 2011 /2011v3 socket
https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?N=100008000 601312596 601312599 600035298 601291915

On the Newegg page you will see a Corsair a500 1 thing that is nice about it is if the ram you have is tall you can move the fans up to clear the ram. Toms wrote a review and concluded performance at a cost. But compared to some of those prices I don't think it that bad.
I run corsair water coolers With Noctua fans on my 3 Ryzen Systems 1 coolers is 4yrs old now and I will be thinking about this very same subject in time and...
Have you clean it good lately?
If you go ahead and purchase a new cooler then Rma the h115i it has a 5yr warranty.
If you decide not to use it you can sell it.
It would help to Know What your case is as to the height of any cooler for anyone to give you a suggestion.

If I had to Make a Very quick decision now It would be based of brands I trust and how many heat pipes it has 4-6 min.
Next to think about is Cpu upgrade in Future? then 6 pipes min. Better To Have more cooling then currently needed then not have it when you do need it.
So for me Corsair, Noctua, then B-quite get mentioned alot but that didn't come up for you socket on newegg.
Cooler Master is also mentioned alot.

Hope this helps at least some.
Have a Great Weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
