I got a new SSD and installed windows on it through usb since my old SSD had Windows on it. When I boot up with the new SSD my HDD does not show up and I can’t get to any of my old files; however, when I put my old SSD in I can get to my old files. (I don’t care much about the old files I just want to have a my old HDD for storage)

Solution
OK...."Liteon CS1-SP32"

That is an mSATA drive. Not M.2, and not NVMe like the 660p
That Intel 660p may work, but it apparently will disable the HDD port.

Check the HDD on disk management with the windows on new SSD. If the HDD is showing up, make sure to set the letter drive on the HDD.
My HDD is showing up but my new SSD says it has no media and is not partitioned. When I try to change the letter on my HDD it says that parameter is incorrect
