My old motherboard died.

So I have an Optiplex 990 with a GTX 660, and I think the motherboard died. I am thinking of buying this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293&RandomID=1003610414519423420141122181052). I just want to know if it is a good one and double check if its compatible with the i7 from an Optiplex 990.
