my old oem motherboard is not supportting zotac gtx 1060

as the title said my old motherboard using latest gtx 1060 freeze on start up but working fine with old gpu.

will new custom motherboard fix my problem ?

system specs right now are :
i7-2600
8GB 4x2 ddr3 ram
1 TB HDD
1 BDRW
1 deepcool DA 500
1 GTX 1060.

when i start my computer slic logo come on screen then stuck here don't go further then that then i hear 1 beep after 3 sec again i hear more 3-4 beeps.

is it possible doc that i had purchased this oem system by HP so hp had locked bios ?

Did you remove the old video drivers before you installed the new card?
With the old card in create a restore point to save the old drivers, then go into add/remove programs and remove them.
install new card and boot to safe mode with internet.
Load new drivers and updates. Then reboot.
Did you buy the PSU to sopport the new GPU? Does the new PSU work with the old GPU? Check the users manual online to see what those beep codes are telling you.

i have replaced old mobo to new one and my problem is solved
it was my old oem mobo not psu or old gpu or new gpu gtx 1060 or processor.
HP did that. they locked the old mobo bios. Greedy HP.
