Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if it will boot up normally.
- Next to try to boot it up with just its AC adapter and see if it will boot up normally every time you turn it on.
- If these doesn't work do also try a different AC adapter that has the same voltage and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- Finally, do clean the inside of your laptop making sure there's no dust on the fans and apply new thermal paste on the CPU and GPU as well.
