Question My onboard sound doesn't work on new motherboard. [HELP]

So I've had this motherboard for about a week now and the onboard audio was working just fine until I plugged in a Quadro 2000 to pair with a GTX 1060 3gb because I was curious to see if I could use the Quadro for a VM

I've reset windows
Reinstalled drivers
Tried network sharing
Reinstalled windows
Disabled Front Jack Detection
Reverted back to Windows Audio Drivers

I need help because I just got this motherboard

Specs:
Gigabyte B450M DS3H
2x4GB Patriot Memory
2TB Seagate Hard Drive
GTX 1060 3GB
AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Have you verified that the audio output is set to the onboard and not being pushed out the HDMI of the GPU possibly?

SO you can play a sound, it doesn't act like it has nothing to output to?

I would say test the speakers? Maybe with headphones or another pair of speakers.
