my one case fan wont start

The fan has been running before, but it will not spinn now !!
i have checked the connections withe the cables!
My case is CM Storm Trooper

Buy a case fan and replace it.

if you have a voltmeter check to make sure you have power to the fan,but its probably the fan as the other poster said.

It works fine now, it was the cable, but i think i will buy a new one tho, the cable disconects all the time !! (annoying)
