My one gripe about University...

Why can't we build dorms? The booklet states that "you cannot build a dorm
from scratch, but you can place any of the template dorms anywhere on
campus." But you really can't to more than paint them and change the
furniture. Oddly enough, the assignable dorm doors are available to build
with any other building. Other than that, it seems pretty cool. I really
like the new objects and the option to combine households. And the zombies
are pretty cool!

Probably because of the custom AI code for each dorm to have someone
come in and go to work in the cafeteria.

IIRC, It's simply because you can't do it IRL.
