http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LRQkmG this build feels right but it feels like i am spending way to much money for this build.i do want a high end pc. i do plan on sli in the next 2 years or when my fps is lacking. i do plan on ocing my cpu only to 4.6 maybe alot more.but i do think 4.6 would be the max even tho that cpu can achieve way higher oc then that so is this a good build for me what should i remove to save money

To be honest that rig is just fine, you can probably cut down the size of the PSU to a 750W one as there is no need for one that big with a pair of GTX 970's

really what is a good 750W psu if i find one my self picking out one then usually some one says there are way better psu then the one i picked .so am not great when picking a psu
