my dell computer makes a buzzing sound and the monitor stays blank don't even have a curser looks like it never turned on but the fan and everything else looks like it's working no flashing lights and the on light is green what should i do

all the light on the back of the case are green then i would check video cable and monitor on another system and try another monitor on this dell .
