My Outlook has disapeared

My outlook inbox has disapeared from my computer how do i get it back

You don't have an Inbox at all you can see in Outlook or there is just no email in it? You may have to change the view, try resetting things to default.

Did you reset your computer?
Or login as a different user?
Try rebooting?

Suddenly the computer just started updating, shut down then when I got it back on my outlook and other programs were gone.

OK, this is way different than just your inbox not being there, your MS Office is not there. Need more details about what you are seeing. Is the MS Office item in All Programs? Is anything else not there or not working? Did you get any error messages about your profile? Did you check in Program Files to see if Office is there?
