My overclock is so weak .. why ?

1st : According to this here I could achieve a 1372 mhz core clock OC but i cant even achieve a 1362 mhz oc is it normal or do i need a fix on something ?
2nd: his boost clock seems more powerfull then mine in game is it in relation ?

I5 6600k @ 4.6ghz
Gtx 980 ti strix Oc
cooler master G650m Power supply
8 gb ddr4 ram
Z170-p mother board

It's called the silicon lottery, just because they are the same gpu doesn't mean they will have the same overclocking limits.

Thanks yeah well i didn't correctly write my post now it's updated but yeah i think thats probably it so it's normal i cant achieve even close ?

yah pretty normal overall. some just overclock better than others. the good news is if you look at those reviews there was very little performance gain from the extra mhz. so being a couple hundred mhz behind won't actually translate to much in game fps.
