Are there any tutorials out there on how to make a software.I mean complete tutorials from start to finish.

Something like code academy is a good place to start. Most people find Python easy for beginning programming language

These days "software" covers a lot of acreage...
- Web programming - things like FaceBook
- Game programming - your favorite shouter, rally
- Mobile programming - stuff you see on your phone / tablet
- Desktop programming - all these tiny and large desktop apps - word processors, archivers, antiviruses, calculators, email clients, web browsers
- Embedded software - things you don't see under the hood of the media player, microwave, car
- and a lot more

So, define your target area first.
