My park G10R amplifier

Hello,
my park G10R amplifier is making a loud hissing and buzzing sounds, even when the guitar is not plugged in. I've taken it apart and no wires are frayed or in any way damaged and iv cleaned all the knobs out with WD40. I have no idea whats wrong with it. I would appreciate some advice on this matter.

Mine had the same (or similar) problem. Does the hissing/buzzing mostly go away when the two gain controls are all the way down?

In my case, IC1 in the first preamp stage had failed. I removed it and replaced it with a TL072 that I had around, and the amp is now working perfectly again.
