My Passport X Issues?

So I got this MyPassport X 2TB from Target a week ago and I just opened it. I honestly dont NEED it...but w/e.

I opened the box today and ran a HDD Scan SMART test. These are the results, even after doing a format...they make me nervous with the error rates and such because the box was pretty beat up so it could have been tossed around or smashed at the bottom of a cart.

Any input? Should I be worried, or should I just return it (no exchange because they no longer carry it and it was on clearance $54)

I'd recommend you to use WD's brand-specific Data LifeGuard Diagnostics utility to test your external My Passport X again with it. Make sure you run both the QUICK and the EXTENDED test from the tool. Here's a link to the WD software: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=9Y2KSj
Once you view the S.M.A.R.T. data of the drive after the extended test, let me know what it is.
