Question My PC after 40-1.6 hours of playing starts heating up tons and FPS drop.

My pc after playing Games like "Unturned,SCP SL" after the time mentioned in the title heats up rapidly and my fps drops to maxiumum of 1 fps for 1 minute then it returns to being normal untill another drop. my specs are as follows:

CPU: Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60 GHz

GPU0: Intel (R) UHD Graphics 620
GPU1: Radeon ( TM) 520
Disk:Toshiba MQ01ABD100

OS:Windows 10 64 bit

IMPORTANT EDIT: The only time fps drops and heating happen is when laptop plugged in!
