As i said in the title, my pc after turning it on, it shuts off almost instantly

CPU:Ryzen 7 3700x

and yes, before the system was functioning, then after i cleaned it, i’ve begun to have this problem

UPDATE
I tried powering on the pc while the cpu connector ISN’T plugged in, and it started to work, but if it is plugged in, it doesn’t

Are you talking about the AIO power connector ? Or the motherboard supplemental power ?

I'd swap out the PSU as a first step.

Did you disconnect the AIO and reapply thermal paste during the cleaning ? Did you remove ram and GPU ? If you did I would remove them and re-install...maybe something didn't get seated properly.
