My newly assembled PC is stuck in constant reboot loop. Initially, my monitor shows "no signal detected", I tried reapplying the thermal paste and now the monitor no longer shows "no signal detected" but pc still auto restarts and shows nothing on the screen (blank/black screen). I have no speaker so unable to hear any beep sound. Windows has not been installed. I have no extra ram to test. Please help. Thank you.

Did you try the ram in both slots? This is the memory listed as supported for Kingston 4gb. Kingston 4GB KVR1333D3N9/4G DS. Try unplugging the ssd and see if it posts.
Thanks for your reply. I tried both slots, pc still auto restarts. Yup, that is the ram I am using. I tried unplugging the ssd and all other drives as well, still doesn't work.
