Question my pc automatically scrolls and clicks

My pc automatically scrolls when open browser and other software also and sometime clicks too. I reset my PC in order to get rid from this problem. But nothing works.Now I am totally disappointed. So I searched a forum on google and found this. Please give me a proper suggestions to fix this issue. My PC name sony VAIO, E series. operating sys is win10. Sorry for bad Eng.
