Question My pc becomes hot and restart when I increase anti analysing or vsync

I have Rtx 2060 graphics card with z600 xeon technology dual hexacore processors 16 gb ram and 2 tb hard drive

I recently played ac syndicate and when I started playing after only 2 min of gameplay it becomes hot and automatically restart then I reduce anti analysing and turn off vsync after that I face no heat issue but my gpu is 2060 and games automatically set ultra graphics settings using almost 4gb gb of gpu ram
Please help me with that

How hot is the card getting? Use MSI Afterburner to monitor the temp.

And since this is a workstation case the airflow for a graphics card is not great, I would try without the side panel on and see if the temp decreases.

What's the GPU and CPU TEMP value in C ? Make/model of your PSU ?

Thecard becomes extra hot with cpu and restart the windows
I try opening my case but didn't work it only happens when I play heavy games and try running it on ultra settings the game uses only 4gb of gpu and its actually 6gb RTX 2060
