I have been using windows 10 for about 5 months and this is the first time I experienced such an error. Without doing anything a blue screen appeared suddenly with this error IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL after that it shut down and since then when I try to turn on my PC, it beeps after about 2 seconds after start and it shuts down the same process is repeated until I unplug it.
I Will appreciate any help.

In that case, suggest you start opening the case up, and do the step by step trouble-shooting.
1. Start with the 24-pin power supply cable to the motherboard - remove, and re-insert. Try a power on.
2. Remove RAM sticks, and try one stick at a time. The pc will run with only one stick...just not optimally, but no harm done.
3. Remove graphics card, and use the on-board graphics outlet. If onboard works without problems, then the gfx card is the problem. Check power connector to gfx card, re-seat the card, etc.
4. Worse-case scenario is the cpu and/or motherboard. Then simpler to take the whole pc to a shop and ask them to...

ok... that is like the one you get at start normally...

have you got a win 10 install disc? you can download it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
make a usb or dvd, your choice
change boot order so either usb or dvd first, hdd second
boot from install media, and after the language screen, select repair this pc, not install
select troubleshoot
select advanced options
select start up repair - this will scan pc and see if it can fix start up

If that doesn't work, boot up again and in the troubleshoot menu, select system restore and roll back until before error

There are other options but we try those two first.

In almost all cases I've come across a "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" message, it points to a hardware problem, and most times it is a driver for the hardware...or a recent software install that works with a particular hardware.

So...what was the last bit of hardware or software you installed before the problem arose, or a driver for something you recently connected to the pc that required a driver install? Remove the hardware and uninstall the driver.

If not able to boot up with the normal process, try the F8 key during boot. In previous Windows versions, this usually gets us into Safe Mode bootup...not sure if Win 10 has this feature. Once in safe mode, go into Device Manager to check for any Yellow ! marks, and uninstall that device before re-booting.

If you know you did not do any of the above, then open the case, remove each piece of 'easily removable' hardware - graphics card and memory sticks probably, and re-slot them back making sure they seat properly. This may eventually require that you test with only one stick of memory inserted, boot up, and if that stick works, power down, try another stick...until all are known to be working before you insert all sticks of RAM together. If the graphics card has a power cable, try another if possible, else remove and re-attach. If you suspect the power supply (psu), borrow a compatible power supply or take to a shop for them to check with their power supply.

Good luck!

Then at a guess, something in the install process of Visual Studio is causing this. Boot up into Safe Mode and uninstall Visual Studio 2015, try using your pc for a day or two to see if the problem re-surfaces. If it does not, then VS 2015 was the problem for your pc.

A shot in the dark -
Did you use VS 2015 to write a program? That program you wrote may be interacting with your hardware and causing the problem. Again, in Safe Mode, remove that program you wrote, and see if the problem goes away with it.

ThomasLeong I cannot do anything to my computer. When I turn it on it beeps and stops after a second or two. I have written some simple console applications. But they interact when they are started. They do not run in the system tray.
