My PC boots but my system doesn't start , ''no video input '' (cables for GPU and monitor checked that is OK)

I was playing cs:go and then something went not responding i restarted my pc and it says no video on input on my monitor , i was checking everything RAM , graphics , cables for GPU and Monitor , and nothing , and it just doesnt't want to start , it boots on and nothing , no BIOS just nothing

Did you check that the monitor is set to the appropriate input, and not trying to read from a blank input?

cables ok , i just got changed RAM memory and its up , it works

Glad to hear it's working now, but just to clarify, I didn't mean the cables, I meant the monitor itself having its input changed. (I.e. reading from HDMI when the computer was connected with DVI, or something like that.)
