My Pc Boots only in Safe Mode, When I turn it on nornally it goes Black Screen

Hey!

Computer only boots in Safe Mode (Windows 10 OS), when I try to boot normal, it loads past starting windows and it then goes Black screen With a weird Loading. Here's A photo : http://prntscr.com/dbxda5

What I did was Uninstalling the graphics card drive, which made the pc boot normally, But after it re-installs back the driver, it happens once again....

So what should I do?
