Yep, the stock cooler is more than satisfactory generally.
If you're having temperature issues some good recommendations are these, get whichever is cheaper.
Be Quiet! Pure Rock, Thermaltake Silent Riing 12, Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo/212X, Cryorig H7 (Generally about 35 US, could be more expensive in Europe depending on location)
A very reasonable build.

FWIW

I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games.
But, many things default to the "C" drive.
When a SSD nears full, it will lose performance and endurance.
240gb is the recommended minimum.

If you can go 240gb, or 500gb you may never need a hard drive.

You can defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.

Samsung EVO is a good choice for performance and reliability.

MSI AMD Radeon RX480 GAMING X 4GB GDDR5 PCIE RX480GAMINGX4G 240 Euros
MSI GeForce CUDA GTX1060 OCV1 6GB 285 Euros
Gigabyte GeForce GTX1060 Windforce OC 6GB 296 Euros

one more question about gpu

cheap monitor(1920x1080) + better gpu(1060 6gb/rx 480 8GB)

and in the future get 1440p monitor or get only average 1080p for now

A GTX1060 or RX-480 is a very reasonable card for 1080P gaming.

Depending on the games, you may well be able to manage a 1440P monitor in the future.
I suggest you buy your 1440P monitor first, then decide how much of an graphics upgrade you need.
Keep your old monitor as a side monitor. It can keep performance monitors and email apps open while gaming.

And... 240gb ssd will hold a fair number of games.
Buy your ssd up front. It is easy to add a hard drive later if you will store large files such as videos.
It will be much harder to convert to a ssd later.

In the mean time, you will enjoy the performance of the ssd. Files open instantly, levels load faster, textures load faster. .....
