My PC Build - is it good enough?

I have a computer build that I'm pulling up on the last parts needed and am wondering if it's good enough and if the parts work well together...

I have the Asus m5a 78l-m motherboard
Thermal take 750 watt PSU smart series
Amd fx-8320 GPU
8gigs corsair vengeance ddr3 ram
Amd Rx 470 graphics card
All on Windows 10 or possibly windows 7 ultimate

I suggest not getting an FX cpu at this point, they are old and slow

I've yet to see a Thermaltake PSU that's worth it's money
FX CPUs aren't really up to date anymore and the next generation has just been officially announced and leaked.
unless you really ALREADY have the motherboard in an existing build and want to upgrade that one, save your money or post your existing build

Is this giving notice to oc as well or core unlocking because I did kinda spend a good amount of money currently for the FX and of course the PSU I did hook up and set it up so far it seems good and is insanely quiet (virtually inaudible) given how loud my PSU for my last build was so I mean I could possibly upgrade eventually as I get more money in...
