[SOLVED] My PC build is performing very badly, any advice?

Hi guys,

Specs:
Processor (CPU): AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1920X 12 Core CPU (3.5GHz, 38MB CACHE, sTR4)
Motherboard: ASUS® ROG STRIX X399-E (DDR4, WIFI, CrossFireX/SLI) - RGB Ready!
Memory (RAM): 16GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz (2 x 8GB)
Graphics Card: 11GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2080 Ti - HDMI, 3x DP GeForce - RTX VR Ready!
1st Storage Drive: 500GB Samsung 860 EVO 2.5" SSD, SATA 6Gb/s (upto 550MB/sR | 520MB/sW)
1st M.2 SSD Drive: 1TB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3500MB/R, 3300MB/W)

I had major fps problems when running games. 90-120 on CSGO and 60-80 on warzone with medium to high graphics. I contacted PC specialist about my problem and they replaced my GPU citing the problem as 'driver corruption on the NVIDIA driver which has been removed with DDU and reloaded.'

But since I have still had performance problems. I have done multiple benchmark tests and they are poor results. I suspect that it has something to do with my XMP or is it possible something else?

CSGO is CPU intensive so try and Overclock your processor to 4GHz using your Bios.
This ofc depends on the cooler you are using? List your Cooler and Case to determine what you can achieve.

There should be a D.O.C.P profile that you can set in Bios that should have your rated frequency and timings for your RAM kit.
Check in CPUz that your frequency and SPD are achieving the rated frequency of your RAM.

Once we know the above, I can recommend some Bios tweaks to improve performance of your 1920X.
There are also some tweaks to improve Graphics performance.
What are the poor results your benchmarks show?

You only have 1/2 the memory bandwidth that Threadripper can use. And the first gen TR needed to be in game mode.
