I would find it really helpful if someone would give me advice/comment, on the components below. My budget is £1000. Thanks in advance :)

Is this for gaming? then you can do better

Is the Sound card necessary? onboard sound on current motherboards are pretty high quality and chances are that you won't notice a difference unless you are doing professional audio tasks.

You may want to get a current generation CPU, as the i7-2600k is outdated by now and its price hasn't really dropped.

Finally, you didn't listed a PSU, which is critical in any build and definitely a piece of a computer you don't want to skimp on.
