i want to get this for my New PC

what i want to know is the 730W PSU strong enough to handle this Set up cause im also gonna be using a Logitech G27 with Shifter and Pedals

and is the Motherboard the right one

It gonna be strong.

But i would recommend
1. EVGA Gold 500W (Should be enough)
2. Seasnoic Gold 500W
3. XFX Gold 500W.

A 730w PSU is way overkill, a 500 or 600 will suffice.
Go for the H110 chipset, much better prices and you get the mATX form factor as well, which is great for budget builds.
Given these reductions you should be able to upgrade to a GTX 950.
