my computer can run this games?
Overwatch, Arma 3, H1z1, total war: warhammer, company of heroes 2, for honor, rainbow six siege, gta v.
Cpu: amd fx 6300 6cores 3,5ghz
Gpu: amd ati r7 360 2gb
Ram: 8gb ddr3 1600mhz
Resolution: 1680x1050 60hz
And... to what quality...slow, medium, high, and how many fps.

You won't have a good experience playing Arma 3 with that setup, Arma likes good CPU cores, and unfortunately the FX series doesn't have good single core performance. But you'd get maybe ~30FPS on lowest and depending on the server.
Overwatch I would suspect you'd get ~60FPS Medium-High.
Gta V maybe 60FPS in some areas with medium
Not sure about the others though.

I used to have a FX6300 and a R9 270x so I can speak from personal experience, yours may be different though.
