Question My PC can't boot

while i playing game suddenly there is a eerie sound and the pc shutdown, i try to turn it on but it doesnt boot. I take the psu out, connect green and black pin > psu fan spin. i connect it to the pc but it doesnt boot or the psu fan spinning

GTX 650
Kingston 2gb*2
Motherboard G31M-S2C

also when im put the psu back in the pc with all wire connect, the power button blink red only once when press
