Question my pc can't detect the gpu or WiFi ?

My friend just built a new PC he is saying that his GPU and his WiFi chip are not being detected so anyone here can help me?

PC SPECS :
i7 4th generation
Rx 580
2x8 ram 2888mhz
500wat power-supply

Did he install all the motherboard drivers?
Are there any exclamation point or unknown devices in the device manager?
