Question My pc cant run a game

Okay i just finished build my pc last month

My problem is i cant run a game like
Gta v:wont lauch
Sekiro:crash at startup
Dark souls 3:crash at after cutscene
Black Mesa:wont launch

The only games work on my pc is devil may cry 5 2019
Got 30-38fps on 1080p minimum setting
40-50 fps 720p minimum

My pc specs
Asrock a320m hdv
Ryzen 3 2200g
Gpu radeon vega 8
Kingston hyperx 4gbX2 2666mhz
Cooler Master MWE 500w PSU
Wd 500gb
Windows 10 pro 64bit

It doest make sense if my specs doest mean the requiement of gta v,dark souls 3 i remember i tried to play gta v on my netbook which is used intel celeron n2840 and got 10-15fps and i tried dark souls 3 on my friend pc using intel pentium silver with intergrated gpu

Does anyone know why did this happen
Or is it my os,hdd,drive or something else.

Are you plugging the monitor into the Radeon or the motherboard?

I mean the radeon vega 8 is a intergrated gpu comes with ryzen 3 2200g so i plugging the monitor at motherboard using vga cable and i dont have a Pcie gpu
