My pc cant sleep :p

well, when i turn my pc to sleep mode sometimes it just wakes up from nowhere... can someone explain this to me?

ASUS M5A97 R2.0
FX 8350
SUPERFLOER LEADEX GOLD 850 W PSU

open cmd and do "powercfg lastwake" without quotations this will tell you what woke up your pc last has to be done once its happened its likely ur mouse or ur internet pinging ur computer
once u establish what causes it go to device manager > (the device that causes it for example ethernet card)>power management > and untick it to allow this device to wake up your pc
