[SOLVED] My PC cant switch on , PSU and Motherboard lights on be, CPU and GPU not on

Hello, this issue has occurred time and again.
Sometimes the PC just dies in an instant. Not even stressing it, just watching Youtube and the PC just dies.
After several tries, it i can switch ON the PC again. Dunno why but thats how it is.
However today was the last time as it refused to switch ON anymore. By Switch ON i mean that the PSU is working, the Motherboard is working as the led lights are ON.
However there is no fan spin on CPU and GPU.

My specs
AMD Ryzen 1500x
16 GB ram
Zotac Gtx 1070
Antec VP 500PC
Windows 10 pro Latest update as of today

Not a full test as the PSU is not underload. Any voltages out of tolerance would make the PSU the primary suspect.

500 watts may have been fine for the 1070.

However, the PSU (especially if low end) may now be nearing or has reached its' designed in EOL (End of Life).

PSUs do not last forever and heavy use for gaming, video editing, bit-mining etc. will likely lead to an even earlier failure.

I concur with Unolocogringo. Your PSU is the issue and of poor quality and lacks efficiency. It is a basic bronze unit for budget builds that would not be able to maintain correct voltage under load.
My psu is Antec VP500PC with Active PFC . Made a typo earlier.
When building this system ppl here said VP500PC will be fine for 1070z.
Anyways how do i know if its my motherboard issue or PSU issue?

you wont believe it someone said UNPLUG and PLUG your Motherboard to PSU cable, and it worked.
Anyways thats a LOT for helping me out.
