My PC case and motherboard light is blinking - PLEASE HELP!

Hello everybody,

I recently built my PC last week. After using the Ryzen Master software to overclock my processor, it said that I needed to restart my system in order for the changes to take affect. I did so, and my system just turned off without rebooting. I turned it back on, and the case light along with the motherboard light was blinking repeatedly. All fans are spinning normally, it's just that there is no video output to my monitor. I don't suspect that my monitor is the issue, as it was working perfectly before when the lights were not blinking. Again, everything was working perfectly in the case, it's just the case and mobo lights are blinking.

I'd also like to add that when I held the restart button, the blinking stopped, and when I held the power button, the blinking speed increased.

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
8 GB Viper 2666 Mhz RAM
Gigabyte B450M DS3H
EVGA 500W 80+
1 TB Western Digital Hard Drive
Rosewill SRM-01 Case

Find out how you clear the cmos on your motherboard - that should reset th bios settings to factory default.

I reseated the motherboard battery and the blinking went away. PC booted as usual.
