What are your full system specs? Include make and model of your PSU. This sounds like a cooling issue? What cooler do you have and how old is it?

I haven't heard that brand before. If I were you, I'd buy a new and better PSU immediately. However, in order for me to help you, you need to answer to the rest of the questions I asked you.
Zebronics motherboard G41 775
8gb ddr3 ram dual channel
Gtx 650 1gb ddr5
Q8400 quad core

No, your PC temps are not normal like @ProPlayerGR said and you initialy suspected, it's an overheating problem.

Open the side panel of the PC case and check out the cpu fan if it works properly (low rotation - irregular interruptions) while operating the computer like you normally do (internet browsing - gaming etc).
