Unplug the computer if you have already not done so.

Do not plug the computer in again - smoke is a warning. Further use could lead to a fire.

Update your post to include more information: full hardware specs and OS.

Make and model of that 650 Watt PSU - how old?

How old is the computer? Did you just make some hardware change(s)?

Where, which component is smoking?

Verify that the computer is off and unplugged. Open the case. Look for signs of damage: blackened or browned components, melted metal or insulation, bare wires touching the case.

The source of the smoke must be found.
