Specs
Dell optiplex 990.. )i5-2400)..8GbRam)..gpu asus gtx 750ti oc)..psu dell 265-AM..)HDD 500gb sata 5.4RPM

mean my gpu is okay so what can I do for now change power supply??
My guess is the PSU, it could be something else. The only way to tell for sure it's the PSU is to borrow a friends PSU and see if it fixes your issues. If it is the PSU, you need to buy another one. Make sure the new one will fit in your PC case. Ideally it should have the same dimensions as your current PSU to ensure it will fit.

PSU tier list

Find a decent (see above) PSU in the 400W-500W range. Quality is more important than 'how many watts'.

But bro in my case my pc working fine with this gpu for long time but problem happened unexpected .... What is this???
As you were told last year PSU's degrade over time, it's likely no longer stable under the load you are putting on it.

That depends on a few things.

  1. Power Supply Rot. How has age affected the output, it says 265W but it might be 80%-60% of that now.
  2. The CPU 65W vs 95W makes a difference.
  3. The 750 Ti in question because some of the overclocked versions will draw close to 70W. Typically you would see around 50W.
For example
I5 drawing 95W
Overclocked 750TI drawing 68W under full load
15W for the rest of the System
................
178W Total system power under load
If your PSU is running @ 60% well that is 159W and you're going to be crashing out under stress.

The good thing here is a 990 MT uses a standard ATX supply and can be upgraded "Non-proprietary wiring".

Hy iam facing live kernel error 141 and 117
they are events, not errors. most likely recorded after fact.
could be caused by old drivers
try running ddu in safe mode, uninstall nvidia drivers and reinstall again - https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq...n-install-of-your-video-card-drivers.2402269/

Check that video card is firmly seated in it's slot (pull it out and re-seat it carefully)
Check to ensure that the GPU power connectors are firmly seated (if any)
Check to ensure that the GPU fan is working and not blocked by anything
Check the temps using a free temp software such as Speedfan or HWMonitor

i can already tell thats not a good PSU just by looking at brand. So thats 1 possible cause.
How old is it? Its a model from 5 years ago?
https://www.techpowerup.com/212730/raidmax-intros-xt-series-entry-level-psus

PSU

the paper clip method - https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/what-is-the-paperclip-method-of-testing-a-psu.1336402/
or multimeter,
or in the BIOS to check the +3.3V, +5V, and +12V. - https://www.lifewire.com/power-supply-voltage-tolerances-2624583

ideally a better brand might get you further. If its 5 years old its probably due for replacement anyway.
