my pc crash

hello, i have a problem with my pc, it crash when gets a little bit stress and the red lamp is glowing constantly all the time. I thought that its from gpu, cuz this problem comes when i was playing gta v and my fps get very low and starts crashing, when i restart the pc it was okay. But now even if im not playing any game it's crashing again. The temperatures are fine (cpu: 50-55max, gpu: 55max), i think this can be caused by the hdd, because before 1 week i dropped pc on the ground accidentally. What can be the reasons for this problem? thanks in advance

Rig: i5 4590, gtx palit 770 2gb, ram 2x4gb hyperx predator, gigabyte z97 gaming 5, HDD 1gb seagate, segotep 550w and two 120mm fans

Segotep 550w is a poor PSU , I would replace it.
