Question My PC crashed and deleted drivers.

Hi, so I was just playing some rocket league when my pc crashed out of the blue. When I restarted it all my drivers were gone, and I assume as a result of this windows display settings will only allow me to go up to 1080p (4k display). I reinstalled drivers many times but it always says that they fail to apply and when I try to open Radeon it says: "this version of AMD Radeon software you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed graphics driver..."

Specs:
Ryzen 7 3700x
AMD 5500xt
16gb 3200mhz
b450 motherboard

Latest windows install and Malware Bytes says no malware.

latest driver from amd website?
latest motherboard bios?
brand and model of the psu?
