My pc crashes after turning on from sleep mode

Hi, whenever I put my pc in sleep mode and then turn it on it will crash in about 15-30 seconds and always with a different error code.
Ex: critical process died, unexpected store exception, system service exception, I have tried windows defender(offline as well), windows’ ram check, driver updates(from nvidias website too), and an sfc scan. Please help, it’s been bothering me for so long.

Have you tried rebooting your system -- then try sleep mode/wake-up again?

I don’t want to reinstall windows, I have too much stuff on my pc.

I didn't say reinstall Windows - - System Restore just takes your system back in time using a restore point.

Oh, but still, I’ve done that.

Ah, I see. Well that just leaves reinstall which you are reluctant to do, understandably. I have no other suggestions.
