My pc crashes every time i play a game or do almost everything

Lately my pc(HP envy 17) has been crashing when i play games or when i browse the internet.
I've had a lot of BSoD's and YSoD's, even one after another.
In two occasions my pc did the BIOS recovery, but it froze both times.
(the BSoD's and YSoD's froze every time)
please help.

I'd start with a clean Windows setup on that thing, also make sure the fans and vents are clean. If it's crashing after a clean Windows setup, try different RAM. Or try Different RAM first.

WHat are your temps while gaming, ie cpu temps, gpu temps. Use cpuid hw monitor utility to monitor temps.

Idk the numbers but it gets very hot, trying to touch it is almost
trying to commit suicide
