My PC crashes when playing games

So I just bought a new graphics card (AMD radeon r7 240) and installed on my computer,but when I played a game it suddenly lags and after a few seconds a blue screen appears and it automatically restarts.

This only happen when I play a game that requires a mouse,because it doesn't happen when I play NBA.Please help me,what should I do?

OS:Windows 10
GPU:AMD Radeon R7 240
CPU:A 2.8ghz single core processor -_-
RAM:6gb
Motherboard:Gigabyte Ga-78lmt-s2p
Power Supply:750w

How? Am I going to remove something from the usb port?

That's what I remember,but it doesn't have an error code or something.

Hate to say this, but all these games require two cores or two threads at least. I'd say that's where the issues is.
NBA games up to 2k13 or 2k14 can run on single core.

Maybe that is the problem,but i can play far cry 2 and Spider-Man WoS fine before installing my graphics card.
