Processor : AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Motherboard : Gigabyte (970A-D3P)
Disk Drive : Seagate (ST1000DM003 + ST4000DM004)
RAM : 2x4GB Kingston ValueSelect 99P5471-013.A00LF @ 1338MHz (9-9-9-24)

First of all, I recommend opening Event Viewer and seeing what and if it shows any errors. See if you can deliberately reproduce the issue and also confirm that this occurs in other applications as well. Once you do that, lmk.
