My PC decides to shut down

Im not sure if this is a hardware or software issue yet but, since thursday my PC has been randomly just turning off. It's usually when im playing or watching something in fullscreen mode. It may have something to do with my dual monitor setup in windows 10 since i have had problems with that in the past but, im not sure. Any ideas? Thanks!

PC Specs:
CPU - AMD FX8350
Motherboard - MSI 870 gaming
GPU - ASUS GTX 980 strix
Hard Drive - WD 1tb Blue
Power Supply - EVGA 650 GS

I dont think so, it has a water cooling unit on the cpu

do you think cleaning of the radiator could do something? I just checked and the max temp. my cpu hit was 75 celsius.

fixed it, looks likes it was just some bad thermal paste
