My PC does not start at the first attempt

Hi, some days I'm having some problems with the lighting of my PC, the following components:
- Asus Aura Pro Gaming 970
- AMD FX-9370 (Unlocked)
- Nvidia GTX 970 4 GB GDDR5 Zotac AMP! Edition
- Samsung SSD 830
- WDC HDD 500GB
- Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4) 1600MHz
- Coolermaster sink in liquid seidon 120V For CPU
- Corsair Power supply 750 Watt Modular Series CXM ATX 2.3 V

The only changes I made in the BIOS has been moving the ratio of the CPU 20.

The problem?
On certain days the PC starts without problems, in others after 5 or more attempts, the beeps will vary from 4 to 2 to 3.
I am going crazy..

Have you tried disabling fast boot for Windows 10 or are you using an earlier version of Windows?

You may already have this booklet but trawl through that and see if it's any use

I tried with all usb disconnected but the problem persists .. now it is turned on after 18 attempts .. I hope I do not get damaged components .. ._.
